Announcement Options:

📢 Visual Announcement – A designed flyer or slide for digital platforms
🎤 Spoken Announcement – Featured in video announcements and on our social media pre- or post-LIVE show

To maximize engagement and turnout, we recommend allowing at least two weeks for your announcement to run. Timely submissions help ensure your message reaches as many members as possible and gives our media team the time needed to create high-quality materials.

🔹 Submission Deadline: Announcements should be submitted by Tuesday of each week to be included in the upcoming Sunday announcements.

• Sunday morning video announcements

• Sunday LIVE show announcements

• Church website

🔹 ALL ANNOUNCEMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL.

UNAPPROVED ANNOUNCEMENTS WILL NOT BE SHARED OUT.
